Live music, a relaxed atmosphere, something creative from next door and a food market with a cross-section of cakes from half the world’s kitchens – from 09:00 on Saturday mornings, the Old Biscuit Mill in Cape Town’s Woodstock district turns into a lively Neighbourgoods Market.

Woodstock Bakery is involved in the action. The product range of this bakery, whose home is actually at No. 13 Brickfield Road, has a European flavor. Ryebreads and artisan breads with a long dough preparation time, some baked in a wood-fired oven, are on offer. The program also includes croissants, baguettes and ciabatta.
