Almost every professional group in Germany has its specialist journal, but hardly anyone knows the people who produce them. We are those people, and we take care of Brot und Backwaren (bread and baked products) – worldwide. The title of our German edition is also „brot+backwaren“, its English sister is called „baking+biscuit international“, and „chleb+wipetschka“ (Bread & Baking) is the name of the Russian version. As a result, we travel a lot, including internationally, and again and again we meet interesting people, see exciting factories and discover new or traditional baked products. Our specialist journals are fact-oriented and written for professionals. This blog is for all the things we see, hear and find exciting at the wayside.
